And then that's all they cared about.<BR/><BR/>I certainly can't imagine -- even now, after Optiva -- that many people care about "process," and certainly not the "process of process." Oh brother...<BR/><BR/>Very few people care about anything more than great rates, lower fees and a friendly smile (whether it's from a bank or a credit union). The inmates running the asylum is another.
